Detailed Description

I have over 30 years experience in contaminated land assessment. This includes detailed fate and transport modelling of contaminants through soils, waters and air and their subsequent impacts on human health (long term/short term), controlled waters, built environment and ecology. My duties include project management, risk assessment (commercial/environmental), LCA, CBA, data management, software development, regulatory liaison, expert witness, etc. I am familiar all aspects of contaminated land investigation, assessment and remediation work. Previously I was the Chairman of the Birmingham & West Midlands Local Section Trust of the Royal Society of Chemistry. I was also a member of the SiLC PTP committee for 3 years. I am a Qualified Person under the Definition of Waste Code Of Practice (CL:AIRE). I am also a Suitably Qualified Person (SQP) under the NQMS.
