Allen is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer and a Chartered Environmentalist with over 45 years of engineering experience, working on numerous remediation, civil, structural and marine projects, primarily in the UK. Allen is currently a Consultant Technical Director for Worley Consulting's UK Environment group and is project director for a number of projects involving the remediation of hydro-carbon contaminated soils and groundwater and the demolition of redundant structures. Allen is also a qualified person under the CL:AIRE definition of waste code of practice.
