Martin is an environmental scientist with over 15 years experience in environmental consultancy. He is a Technical Director at Wardell Armstrong LLP based in Manchester and specialises in contaminated land assessment and management. Skills include site investigations, data interpretation, detailed quantitative risk assessment, remediation strategies and project management. Martin is a CL:AIRE Qualified Person and provides advise on material re-use. He has worked on a range of projects including mixed use redevelopment projects, infrastructure and due diligence for land transfer.
