Owen is a freelance brownfield and contaminated land environmental advisor delivering impartial, expert, commercially-focused liability advice and services to land owners and developers throughout the UK and Ireland. Owen is a former environmental insurance broker, regulator and consultant with a proven ability to rapidly identify and quantify his clients’ exposure points, producing clear, solution-focused and costed strategies that accelerate sites through the development cycle. Owen is a guest lecturer at Queen's University's Environmental Engineering MSc course, is often commissioned as an expert witness and is the founding Chair of the Ireland Brownfield Network.
