Detailed Description

Chris has over fifteen years’ experience in the assessment, management and remediation of contaminated land with skills including site conceptualisation, site investigation design, risk assessment (human health and controlled waters) and remediation design and implementation. Under both the planning and Part 2A regimes, Chris has worked on a broad range of sites from former gasworks and chemical manufacturing facilities to petrol retail sites for a variety of clients such as Local Authorities, house builders and private sector utility providers. He is also a Qualified Person under the CL:AIRE DOWCOP and has an interest in promoting sustainability in brownfield regeneration.
