Detailed Description

I have worked in brownfield redevelopment of over 30 years for a mix of large and smaller consultancies in both a technical and line/team management role. I combine the assessment of development constraints due to both land contamination and geotechnically poor ground to provide a pragmatic solution to enable development, while meeting stakeholder requirements. Projects have ranged from small petrol filling sites through industrial land up to former gas works and chemical plants. There have been assessed from the initial appraisal stage, through site investigation and risk assessment to remediation, with the associated regulatory approvals and sign off.
